Alpha Phi is a sisterhood of women supporting one another in lifelong achievement

President

Hello! Welcome to the official website for the Beta Omicron chapter of Alpha Phi.  I am Ellie Rogers, the current Chapter President at Bowling Green State University. Thank you for stopping by to learn more about who we are and what we do – on and off campus! I am so incredibly grateful to be able to lead a chapter that is full of so many amazing and unique women, who continue to inspire me each and every day. Being a member of this incredible organization has been a big part of making my college years so memorable and successful, as I have met some of my very best friends, and have been given so many opportunities that have changed me in ways I never thought possible. Joining a sorority has been one of the greatest decisions I’ve made - not only here at BGSU, but in my entire life. I started at a school two and a half hours away from home with nobody, and I’m leaving with more than 80 girls that I know I can always count on.  Instead of me going on for paragraphs about how much I love this chapter, have a look through the rest of our website to see what it really means to be Alpha Phi!

Love and AOE

Ellie Rogers

I went APHI because of the sisterhood that I saw in the girls all throughout  recruitment!  I am so glad that the sisterhood I saw continued when I became a new member because I have made the best friends I could have asked for!

Alpha PHI has given me my best friends, people I don't know how I've lived my life without.  Among the amazing opportunities & empowering women within, I've found my home away from home that has helped me grow and gain new perspectives on life.

vp of recruitment

To anyone going through or thinking of going through recruitment,

Welcome to Alpha Phi! At this time, this chapter means nothing to you. You have no clue what our sisterhood or philanthropy are all about, you haven’t been to our socials and Red Dress Galas, you most likely don’t even know any of us. I know what this is like because I was in your shoes just two years ago. Going through recruitment was stressful and intimidating at first, but once I found where I belonged, it was exciting and I could not wait to go back. Through finding my home in Alpha Phi, I have also found my roommates and best friends, a philanthropy I am passionate about, endless leadership opportunities, and a place that truly makes the small town of Bowling Green, Ohio feel like home. I have met the most hard working and incredible women to look up to and strive to be that woman for other women in my chapter. Alpha Phi has pushed me to reach my full potential and continues to help me grow every single day. I cannot wait to virtually welcome you into our home so you can see all that Alpha Phi is about! We could not be more excited for recruitment and for you to start your journey to find in Greek life what each of us has found in Alpha Phi.

Best of Luck and AOE!
